I create custom treatment plans that help give patients the results they are seeking while listening to their concerns and offering empathy and support. I utilize a combination of acupuncture, herbs, supplements, dietary and lifestyle suggestions depending on what the patient needs and what they are comfortable with.

About

I received my master’s in Chinese medicine in 2019 which included internship hours within a fertility acupuncture specialist’s office. Since then, the majority of my continuing education has been around infertility and women’s reproductive health. As a past massage therapist for 14 years and an Arvigo practitioner, I understand patients as well as the human body very well. I completed my Doctorate of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine in 2024 to better support patients who need a balance of eastern and western care on their fertility journey. I specialize in menstrual cycle regulation, infertility, prenatal and postpartum care, however, I also see patients for a variety of other ailments including pain management, orthopedic injuries, hormone imbalance, menopause symptoms, anxiety, stress, digestive issues, headaches/migraines and more.
