Welcome!
I would love to share, birth isn’t just a day you get through — it’s a memory you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life. Even if you don’t have all the words for it yet, you probably already have a strong sense of how you want that day to feel. There’s a vision inside you that this experience matters. That how you’re supported, how you’re spoken to, and how you’re held through it all will shape your memory of becoming a parent.
My role as your doula is to help you connect to that vision and bring it into the choices you make — from how you prepare, to how you respond in the moment. I’m here to help you understand your options, ask the right questions, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and informed.
When things unfold differently than expected, I’m there too — not to fix it, but to help you stay grounded in your values and to find meaning and clarity even in the unexpected.
I’ve wanted to be a birth worker since I was seven years old. Back then, I would ask family members—and any unsuspecting pregnant person I met—“When you have a baby, can I be there with you, please?”
At age 17, I had the honor of witnessing birth for the first time, surrounded by her midwife, her husband, and me—a budding doula! From that moment, I knew exactly what I was meant to do.
Prior to pursuing doula certification, I had the privilege of supporting friends and family on their most special days. And now, truly a dream come true, I have dedicated my life to this work. There is nothing I would rather do, and no where I would rather be, than with families as the prepare for and meet their children for the first time.
