DeAnna is an amazing doula! She was invaluable to both me and my husband. This was our first pregnancy and we wanted to have a doula with experience to encourage us along the way. I wanted to complete childbirth naturally and she helped me actualize my ideal birth. I felt very comfortable with DeAnna from the first time I met her. She’s very warm and friendly, and I had a great feeling about her. DeAnna was responsive as soon as I hit early labor in the middle of the night. She was our advocate in the hospital and clarified procedures to us, helping us make decisions and letting us know what the hospital staff were doing. DeAnna was very nurturing throughout, as well as patient and attentive. She was swift to propose laboring positions. In addition, she asked questions and made recommendations that were in my best interest. DeAnna was a wonderful coach in times where I could not cope. On top of all this, she created a serene ambiance with candle lights. She always offered me water in a timely matter. I can tell she’s passionate about what she does and cares about her clients. DeAnna is marvelous and I highly recommend her.
