Welcome!

I'm Natalie Welch, MS, RD

I am a holistic, weight-neutral dietitian who helps moms through pregnancy and postpartum nourish their bodies and minds with mindset, food, and lifestyle tweaks so that they can feel energized, confident, and at peace in motherhood.

You deserve to be fully nourished, feel whole, and cared for after having your baby.

My prenatal and postpartum programs are structured but flexible because motherhood is unpredictable – in all stages – from pregnancy to birth, and far beyond. I am here to support you in achieving whatever health goals you have in motherhood, no matter the stage. I love working with all women and have experience with first and second-time moms, women with PCOS, and women with gestational diabetes, helping them to regain energy and feel a sense of ease and trust in their bodies and in their lives.

About

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in working with moms prenatally and in the postpartum period, I help them nourish their bodies and minds through food and lifestyle so they have the energy, confidence, and peace they need and deserve to thrive in this season of life.

I offer two 3-month programs for moms and moms-to-be that support them throughout one of the most intense transitional periods they will ever go through… The Postpartum Prep for Moms and the Renewed Mama.

I’m also a mom myself, I have a 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter. She keeps me on my toes!

I’ve been trained as a birth doula and firmly believe the female human body is one of the most remarkable and strongest living beings on the planet and must be cared for as such.

I’m also the host of the Birth of a Mama podcast which you can find on Spotify, Apple, Amazon, or wherever you listen to podcasts.

“You can nourish your body and mind with mindset, food, and lifestyle tweaks so that you can feel energized, confident, and at peace in motherhood.”

Hear from my families

"A friend referred me to Natalie, and I’m so grateful she did. The best part of working with Natalie was that my postpartum journey felt remarkably smooth and supported. I gained invaluable knowledge on how to care for my body, allowing me to start feeling like myself again while ensuring I could nourish my baby with a bountiful milk supply for the long term. Beyond the guidance, I felt like I gained a new friend. Natalie’s warm and personable nature made it easy to connect on so much more than just postpartum health. Not feeling alone during this time was truly priceless, and her presence made a very memorable difference in my journey. More specifically she educated me on the best foods for my baby’s development and recommended reliable supplements and brands, which simplified my choices. Her guidance boosted my confidence in meeting breastfeeding goals and setting realistic fitness milestones. I loved that she encouraged me to see a pelvic floor PT. I probably wouldn't have done this otherwise and I found it super helpful. Mentally and emotionally, Natalie helped me prioritize effectively and manage stress, providing balanced support without pushing me too hard in the early stages of postpartum. A heartfelt thank you, Natalie, for being such an incredible part of my postpartum journey. Your guidance, care, and friendship have meant the world to me, and I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done. I can’t recommend you highly enough and would be more than happy to be a reference for anyone considering your services. You've made a lasting impact on my journey into motherhood, and I know other new moms would feel the same way."
