Hi! I’m Natasha Onyshchuk of Doula Bear LLC I’m a birth doula, photographer, and videographer, supporting women in birth to feel safe, seen and empowered.

Gentle Strength to Guide You

I work through the body. My hands are my guide, and through them, I communicate with your body. If you are a tactile, sensitive person, we will likely connect well. I use a variety of body-based techniques – counterpreassure, Rebozo techniques, stretching , as well as special, unique techniques I learned from Angelina Miranda Martinez, which I have never seen anywhere else. Also my practice has shown me that my support can be especially meaningful for women who carry deep fears before birth. My toolbox is rich, but what matters most is feeling a woman’s body and understanding what it needs in each moment of birth. I hope we will resonate with each other. I look forward to being by your side and supporting you in fully embracing your authentic, lived birth experience.

About

My “why” comes from my own births. I was completely broken emotionally after my first one, and during my second, I didn’t feel supported. Only now do I understand how important those experiences were in leading me to the amazing place where I am today.

Today, I carry deep gratitude for my births, because through them I gained two powerful truths. First – every woman deserves to be truly seen and lovingly supported at every step along the way. And the second truth – woman deserves her true birth journey – her real birth. Not rewritten by anyone, not interrupted, not taken away, but a story written by her own nature.

These two truths are the heart of my why. They are not lessons I found in books or ideas I gathered on the surface. They come from the depths of my own experience, from the place where pain was transformed into purpose.

Because of what I went through, I know how to truly be there. I carry a deep calling to stand as a warrior for every woman – to help you avoid the experience I had, and to honor the truth that your birth story matters.
